2. The information that The Company collects-
   1. The Company collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“Non-PII”).
      Non-PII is any information that does not identify you as a person including PII which has been rendered anonymous.

The Company collect certain non-PII from you when you access our Site including IP addresses and information relating to your browser, operating system, ISP, the third party website from which your visit originated and how you use our Sites such as the web pages you visit, and the duration of your visits.

   1. The Company work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
   2. The Company also use a secure server hosting location in Israel, firewall protection, controlled access and encryption technology to protect your data. 7. General-

1. 1. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Israel and shall be governed by the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv – Yafo, Israel, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
   2. If any provision(s) of the Agreement is held contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
   3. The Company’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by The Company in writing.
   4. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time to reflect our changing business practices.
