If you are fishing for trout or mullet a small spinner will work well but if you are targeting a pike use a larger spinner.

Flatfish lures: there is a large flatfish and a small flatfish. All of them work perfectly without complaint. But, they have to be fished slowly. My preferred is F4, 1 inch long, on a perch scale, which is best for trolling rainbow trout in the ponds. When fishing you can paddle or row slowly to allow the plug wobble but not spin.
